The health and well-being of your pet, along with all others who stay with us, is of the utmost concern to our staff. Please know ALL the following guidelines must be met before we accept your dog, or cat, into our care.
All dogs and cats go through a check in process that includes a review of their vaccination records. Vaccinations are required for all dogs and cats. Please note it takes 5 days for shots to be effective, so all shots must be current at least 5 days before admittance, or for booster shots, 48 hours if there hasn't been a lapse. 
  • Shots required for dogs include: Rabies, DHPP-L and Bordetella
  • Shots required for cats include: Rabies, FVR-CP and Leukemia
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

No reservations can be made before vaccinations are up to date. If you don't have a confirmation number from us, you don't have a reservation.

When you check-in we’ll take note of your pets feeding requirements, their socialization needs, grooming appointments and medication needs.
Flea baths will be required, at owner's cost, if found to be necessary.
If you have any questions about our policies, please call before you bring your dog or cat in to stay with us.
